BRANDON'S SCHEDULE

**My schedule is on hold! Sorry for this, but I have recently encountered a really busy schedule, so I am taking a week or so to sort out my schedule. Please try your best to attend Steph Black's sessions until my calendar can be resumed. I hope to accomplish this in the first few days of February.**

My schedule is intended to help bring everybody up to speed. So if you haven't been training up until now, you should go with my schedule. If however you have been training during the fall, you may want to try Steph's schedule. It's a bit tougher, but the harder you work, the further you go.
